Terms and conditions (AGB)

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all purchases of the Starter Kit through amirazim.com. The provider and your contract partner is Amir-Reza Azimi-Tabrizi, Dänenstraße 7, 10439 Berlin, Germany, email amir@amirazim.com ("I", "me").

They apply to consumers and to businesses. A consumer is anyone who buys for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB). Terms of the buyer that differ from these terms do not apply unless I agree to them in writing.

2. What the Starter Kit includes

The Starter Kit consists of:

• digital content: a downloadable workspace in a ZIP file, containing guides, templates, prompts and installable skills for working with AI agents such as Claude Code or Codex;
• a live online working session with me of up to 2 hours, held on Google Meet, for setup, questions or a review of your first initiative.

The contents are described on the Starter Kit page. The Starter Kit is a method and a set of materials. It does not include software licences for AI tools, which you obtain separately from their providers.

3. How the contract is concluded

The Starter Kit page is not a binding offer. Clicking "Buy the Starter Kit" takes you to a checkout page run by Stripe, where you enter your details and can check and correct them before paying. By clicking the payment button, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when your payment is completed and the confirmation page is shown.

The contract language is English. I do not store the contract text in a form you can access later; you receive these terms and your invoice by email and in the download, and the current terms are always available on this page.

4. Price and payment

The price is €400, payable once. It is a final price. Of this, €300 is attributable to the digital content and €100 to the working session. Under the small-business rule of § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Payment is made at checkout through Stripe, using the payment methods offered there, and is due immediately.

5. Delivery and the working session

The digital content is provided immediately after payment as a download on the confirmation page. The download stays available for 60 days; please save the file.

The confirmation page also contains the link to book the working session. Sessions take place at the times offered in the booking calendar. Please book and hold the session within 6 months of your purchase; after that, the claim to the session lapses. You can reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before it starts. If you miss a session without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, you can book one replacement session within the same 6 months.

5a. Voluntary setup guarantee

This voluntary guarantee applies to Starter Kit purchases made while it is offered on the Starter Kit page. Request a full refund of your €400 purchase within 30 days of payment if the setup audit, reviewed by me, shows no meaningful addition relevant to your stated needs. The potential addition must be concrete and usable in your setup. Cosmetic differences and insufficient evidence alone do not establish value. Choosing not to install a usable addition does not remove its potential value.

Eligibility ends once you attend and begin the included working session. Booking, cancellation, or a no-show alone does not count as usage. A call used only to verify the refund request is separate from the included working session.

Submit your request with the sanitized audit observations through the signed-in portal. If the portal is unavailable, email your request and the observations to amir@amirazim.com. I use the original portal or email receipt time to assess the deadline; later review does not make a timely request late.

Included session delivery is paused while your claim is pending. Contact me to coordinate an existing booking; calendar events are not cancelled automatically. I review the evidence and decide whether the guarantee applies. If approved, I issue the full €400 refund through Stripe. The €300 digital-content and €100 session allocation elsewhere in these terms does not reduce this voluntary full refund.

Your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights remain unaffected and can be exercised separately.

6. Rights of use

I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use, copy and adapt the Starter Kit materials for your own purposes and within your own company or organisation. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or otherwise make the materials available to third parties, in original or adapted form. All other rights remain with me.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, the rules on digital products in §§ 327 ff. BGB apply to the digital content. I provide updates only where required by law.

The Starter Kit supports your work with AI tools. You remain responsible for how you use those tools, for checking their results, and for complying with the rules that apply to your data and your organisation.

8. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), and where I have given a guarantee.

For slight negligence, I am liable only for breach of an obligation that is essential for achieving the purpose of the contract and on which you may regularly rely (a cardinal obligation), and only for the typical damage that was foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. These limits also apply to people I work with.

9. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal as set out below. Businesses have no right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Amir-Reza Azimi-Tabrizi, Dänenstraße 7, 10439 Berlin, Germany, email amir@amirazim.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You can also use the withdrawal function on this website: the link "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of every page. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of the working session during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to me your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For the digital content, your right of withdrawal expires as soon as I begin to perform the contract, that is, when the download is made available, provided that you have expressly agreed at checkout that I begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and I have confirmed this to you on a durable medium (your invoice and the download).

For the working session, your right of withdrawal expires when the session has been held in full, if you asked for it to take place during the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

If your right of withdrawal has expired for the digital content but not for the working session, and you withdraw in time, I will refund €100, the part of the price attributable to the session.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin.

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
